Kalkitech (Which term shall mean and include Kalki Communication Technologies Private Limited, Applied Systems Engineering Inc., Kalkitech and their subsidiaries if any), consider privacy to be an important issue, so we build and operate our web services (โ€œServicesโ€) with the protection of privacy taken into account. This Privacy Policy outlines the types of personal information we gather when you use this web site and steps we take to safeguard.

Kalkitech is committed to achieving compliance with the GDPR in the delivery of our products and services to our customers and assisting our customersโ€™ own efforts to comply with the GDPR. To meet this goal, we have closely analyzed the requirements of the GDPR and are working to make enhancements to our products, contracts, and documentation to support this mission. As part of our GDPR project, Kalkitech is enhancing its ongoing commitment to privacy by design by embedding data protection principles into its business processes, products and services so that technical and organizational security measures limit, by default, the amount of personal data collected and used to what is specifically required or authorized. This work will also strengthen controls already in place to limit access to personal data and prevent personal data from being inadvertently shared with others.

RIGHT TO RECTIFICATION: You have a right to request us to amend or update your Personal Data if it is inaccurate or incomplete. RIGHT TO ERASURE: You have a right to request us to delete your Personal Data
RIGHT TO RESTRICT: You have a right to request us to temporarily or permanently stop Processing all or some of your Personal Data. RIGHT TO OBJECT: You have a right, at any time, to object to our Processing of your Personal Data under certain circumstances. You have an absolute right to object to us Processing your Personal Data for the purposes of direct marketing.
